I just saw the Watchmen movie. This is my take on the movie.
Nice.
It’s tough for me to come up with a bunch of words to describe it, being a complete newbie to the movie and not really even knowing of the book before the movie came out, I haven’t really had time to think about it.
I’m glad I hadn’t read the book first though, as for me that tends to ruin the surprise of the movie. It’s definitely a movie I’m going to have to see a few times to really let everything soak in.
The message that the movie left me with was, if you had the power to actually change human nature, should you use it? Also, Life is a joke, enjoy it. So it was pretty deep.
If you haven’t read the book I think you should definitely go see the movie first, you’ll enjoy it. Is Silk Spectre II gorgeous or what?
